Ingredients

  • 1 kg cherry tomato (s)
  • some onion (s), cut into rings
  • some tarragon
  • 375 ml white wine, not too dry
  • 300 ml vinegar, type
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, whole

Instructions

  1. Pour the cherry tomatoes, the onion rings and the tarragon sprigs into the mason jars according to the desired intensity. (For gifts from the kitchen the small ones are best)
  2. Let the white wine, vinegar, salt, sugar and peppercorns simmer in a saucepan for 15 minutes, add a little sugar if necessary and then pour into the glasses.
  3. Let it steep for at least 3 days.
