Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Sedani Riati)
  • 700 g tomato (s), sieved
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 6 peperoncini, dried
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g salami (Cacciatorino, Italian salami), dry
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 100 g parmesan, not rated
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sedani al dente for about 12 minutes, at the same time heat the passata on a low flame, chop the garlic, cut the cacciatorino into small cubes and add all the ingredients to the passata, stir and heat.
  2. Mix the finished Sedani with the passata and place in a baking dish, then place slices of parmesan and mozzarella on top, bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes. The dish is ready when the mozzarella cheese is nice and brown. Then put the fresh basil leaves on the pasta, it tastes good and looks good.
