Instructions

  1. Pour cold cream into a large bowl, beat with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff, then fold in the yogurt with a whisk.
  2. Then roughly crumble the 4 meringues (meringues) and fold them into the cream and yoghurt mixture. Fold the frozen blueberries into the mixture and let everything stand for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator, then consume immediately.
  3. The cream and yoghurt mixture freezes slightly due to the frozen fruit.
  4. Also goes well with other berries, e.g. wild berry mix, raspberries, etc.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
