Instructions

  1. Bring the milk and salt to the boil, slowly add the semolina while stirring. Let soak briefly over low heat.
  2. Beat the butter until foamy. Add the sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, baking powder and the semolina. Stir in the fruit and fold in the whipped egg whites.
  3. Put everything in a baking dish, cover with butter flakes and bake at 175 ° C until golden brown (approx. 30 - 45 minutes).
