Semolina – 100 g
Milk – 300 ml
Sugar – 1 tablespoon.
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt – 1 pinch
Flour – for breading
Butter – for frying

Directions

  1. Pour the whole portion of milk into a saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium heat.
  2. After the milk has boiled, remove the saucepan from the stove. Put sugar, salt, and all the semolina into hot milk.
  3. In this case, you need to constantly stir the mass with a spoon.
  4. The consistency of semolina in the milk becomes very thick. Check yourself: the thick semolina does not fall from the spoon. Leave the porridge for a while so that it cools completely.
  5. In a chilled thick mass in the volume of an egg. Mix everything until smooth.
  6. We form round cutlets from the resulting mass. Dip the cutlets in flour.
  7. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan. Fry the semolina cutlets for 1 minute on each side.
  8. Put the finished semolina cutlets on portioned plates. It is incredibly tasty to eat semolina cutlets with raspberry jelly.
