Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 70 g semolina
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark

Instructions

  1. Bring milk with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and butter to the boil. Stir in semolina, bring to the boil once. Remove the semolina from the hob.
  2. Separate egg. Stir the egg yolks into the mixture. Beat egg whites into egg whites and fold in together with the quark. Pour into a cold rinsed dish and let cool down. Possibly fall.
  3. Can be served with compote.
