Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, butter, salt and lemon zest to the boil in a saucepan, add the semolina and leave to soak over a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Possibly season with sugar.
  2. Tip: Fruit compote or fruit juice tastes good with this.
