  • 5 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • Fruit your choice

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil, add the sugar and stir. Switch off the hob, trickle in the semolina and add the margarine or butter. Mix everything together.
  2. If the semolina is too firm, you can add a little milk. The firmness of the pulp should be creamy. After cooling, fruit can be added.
