Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon semolina (soft wheat)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 piece (s) butter (small )
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons coffee powder (cappuccino), instant
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder (tart drinking chocolate)
  • 1 shot eggnog

Instructions

  1. Slowly heat the milk together with the sugar, salt and butter in a saucepan. As soon as the butter has melted, add the semolina, stirring constantly (you should calculate 1 tablespoon of semolina per person). Keep stirring the mixture until the porridge becomes creamy. Turn off the stove.
  2. Now add the cappuccino powder and stir in. Then sprinkle in the tart drinking chocolate and stir it too. Finally, add a shot (or if you like) egg liqueur and mix. Now stir in the egg and finally stir the porridge again vigorously.
  3. Important: the porridge must no longer boil, otherwise the egg will flocculate - you may need to pull the pot off the stove completely.
  4. Note: For the desired consistency, make sure that the semolina still thickens.
