Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms and onions, sauté in vegetable oil, salt, pepper, add paprika powder to taste.
  2. Mix eggs, yogurt and flour, stir in baking powder and chopped parsley. Add the cooled mushrooms to this mixture. Pour the prepared mixture into a tray with a high rim and bake at 175 ° C for about 40 minutes.
