Instructions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat while stirring for 5 minutes until golden. Remove from the stove immediately and let cool down briefly.
  2. Puree with lemon juice in a lightning chopper or mixer to a slightly lumpy mass. Pour honey into a saucepan, slit open the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp, mix with the honey, heat carefully. Mix with the sesame puree, heat while stirring until the mixture becomes sticky. Oil a shallow bowl and immediately pour in the hot sesame paste, press it down and smooth it out.
  3. Let cool for about 1 hour. To serve, cut into small cubes with an oiled knife and place in paper cases. Serve as dessert or with coffee.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
