Instructions

  1. Potatoes (preferably from a new harvest), wash thoroughly with the skin and brush. Halve lengthways.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
  3. Mix the salt with sesame seeds on a flat plate and press in the cut surfaces of the potatoes. Place the potatoes on the tray with the cut surface facing down. Cut crosswise at the top and brush thinly with another 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
  4. Bake at 220 ° C for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
  5. Herbal quark tastes good with it. Very tasty as a grill side dish or with pan-fried food.
