Ingredients

  • 150 g flour (wheat flour), smooth
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 point pudding powder, chocolate
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s), (size M)
  • 150 g butter, melted, cooled or mararine
  • 3 tablespoon liqueur (chocolate liqueur)
  • 1 banana (s), (overripe bananas are suitable for this)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the pudding powder and sift into a sealable bowl (at least 3 liters). Mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs and melted and cooled butter or margarine.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork. Add the banana and chocolate liqueur. Close the bowl tightly with the lid. Shake vigorously several times (approx. 30 seconds) so that all ingredients are well mixed. Carefully stir everything again with the whisk so that dry ingredients from the edge are mixed in. Pour the batter into 12 greased muffin cases. Put the muffin molds on the wire rack in the oven and bake at 160 degrees fan-assisted (preheated) for about 25 minutes.
