- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 6 tablespoon vinegar (10% acid)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 allspice grains
- 3 pepper - grains
- Dill, fresher
- Savory, fresh

- Cut the cucumber into approx. 1 cm slices and place in a tightly sealable container. Then there are the other ingredients. Add dill and savory as you like.
- When everything is in the jar, close the bowl and shake vigorously so that the contents blend. Let the whole thing stand for 24 hours. Then the cucumbers can be consumed.
