- Cut through the cherimoya, remove the stem and peel the fruit if the skin has bruises and / or too many brownish spots. Then divide the cherimoya into wedges like an apple and remove the black seeds, watch out, they like to hide! Cut through the loquat, pull out the flower with the core casing, if necessary peel off the skin, but this does not have to be. Remove the sharp brownish edges from the carambola, cut the fruit into stars and use the tip of a knife to remove the stones.
- Put everything in a blender.
- Squeeze the lemon, grapefruit and oranges and fill the blender with the juice, adding sugar if necessary. Now only let the closed mixer work at the highest level.
