  • Pork (pulp) – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Table vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 30 ml
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – to taste

  2. Dip the pork in water and cook until tender with the addition of salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare a salad dressing. Mix water, olive oil, table vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Add sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir, taste to your taste, maybe add something.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings or half rings.
  5. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the water, cool and cut into thin slices.
  6. Put some onion in a bowl, then a layer of meat and a layer of onion, pour over the marinade.
  7. Put a layer of meat on top again.

  8. Cover with a layer of onion and pour over the marinade. Cover the salad bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
  9. Decorate the ready-made salad “Shashlik” with fresh herbs and serve.
