Appetizing shawarma – a recipe for a very quick snack from pita bread, meat and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Armenian thin lavash – 1 sheet
  • Tomatoes – 0.5 pcs.
  • Fried (or boiled) meat – 2 pieces (100 g)
  • Cheese – 30-50 g
  • Greens – 2-3 branches
  • Mayonnaise – 3-4 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare products according to the shawarma recipe.
  2. Cut the tomato into slices.
  3. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  4. Cut the meat into thin strips across the grain.
  5. Chop the greens.
  6. Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press, mix with mayonnaise.
  7. Cut a sheet of pita bread. Expand half a sheet of pita bread. Put the second half of the pita sheet on top.
  8. Place the tomato sliced ​​along the edge and season with salt. Spread the sauce over the tomatoes.
  9. Top with meat and cheese.
  10. Sprinkle with herbs to taste (dill, parsley, cilantro, you can use green salad).
  11. Bend the sides of the pita bread so that the filling does not fall out of the finished roll.
  12. Roll up the roll, starting from the side along which the filling lies. Cut the finished roll in half.
