Appetizing shawarma – a recipe for a very quick snack from pita bread, meat and vegetables.

- Prepare products according to the shawarma recipe.
- Cut the tomato into slices.
- Cut the cheese into thin slices.
- Cut the meat into thin strips across the grain.
- Chop the greens.
- Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press, mix with mayonnaise.
- Cut a sheet of pita bread. Expand half a sheet of pita bread. Put the second half of the pita sheet on top.
- Place the tomato sliced along the edge and season with salt. Spread the sauce over the tomatoes.
- Top with meat and cheese.
- Sprinkle with herbs to taste (dill, parsley, cilantro, you can use green salad).
- Bend the sides of the pita bread so that the filling does not fall out of the finished roll.
- Roll up the roll, starting from the side along which the filling lies. Cut the finished roll in half.
