  • Wheat tortilla – 1 pc.
  • Boiled sausage – 1 pc.
  • Red cabbage – 20 g
  • Carrots – 10 g
  • Cucumber – 30 g
  • Onions – 20 g
  • Greens (parsley, cilantro)
  • Cheese – 20 g
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Sour cream

For the spice sauce:

  • Mayonnaise – 25 g
  • Kimchi base sauce – 5 g

  1. I used regular boiled sausage. Cut into strips, fried until blush.
  2. Cut cabbage, carrots, onions, cucumber into strips, mix with vinegar, salt, sugar, add parsley and cilantro.
  3. Spread the paste on the cake. Next – sauce, sausage, vegetables, cheese.
  4. Wrap it in a tube, and then in a newspaper, in the manner of “candy”.
  5. Served with vegetables, as in shawarma, seasoned with sour cream and sugar.
