Ingredients

  • 1 kg sheep`s cheese, roughly diced
  • 12 peppers, pickled, mild
  • 12 cherry tomato (s), halved
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g olives, black (dry pickled)
  • Pepper, coarsely ground
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

  1. All ingredients are mixed in a sufficiently large glass with a screw cap. Then everything just has to be closed and well sealed (refrigerator).
  2. Can easily be kept in the refrigerator for a week.
  3. Always a hit at parties with fresh farmhouse bread or Pain de Campagne.
  4. Alternatively, the herbs (and possibly a few cloves of garlic) can be roasted in the olive oil first.
