Ingredients

  • 250 g sheep cheese
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 4 clove (s) garlic (to taste)
  • 6 hot peppers, small hot ones from the glass
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • Paprika powder
  • pepper
  • Chili powder
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Crumble the sheep`s cheese and mash it finely with a fork. Add the cream cheese, yoghurt and finely chopped garlic, olive oil and stir everything until smooth. Add the chopped peppers and finely chopped basil and season with paprika, chilli, pepper and oregano.
  2. Serve with flatbread or ciabatta.
