Ingredients

  • 250 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • Olives, black and green
  • hot peppers

Instructions

  1. Let the olive oil get hot in a pan.
  2. Peel and chop garlic. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put in the pan and fry briefly. Put the sheep`s cheese in the middle and fry with it. Now wash the tomatoes, cut in half and cut into rings. Add together with the olives and peppers. Cover and fry until the sheep`s cheese becomes soft. Serve hot.
  3. Tastes best from the pan - with baguette or ciabatta.
