  • 0.25 ¼ bunch oregano
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 45 g sheep cheese
  • 1 slice (s) toast bread (whole grain)

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the garlic cloves and onion, cut the tomatoes into wedges and finely chop the herbs. Coat a small baking dish with oil. Spread the garlic and onion cubes in it, cover with the tomatoes, sprinkle with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Crumble the sheep cheese and sprinkle over it.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (gas mark 3) for about 10 minutes and serve with toasted toasted bread.
