  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche herbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in the oil. Cut the cooked ham into small cubes and fry with them.
  2. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, then cut into slices.
  3. Mix the sweet cream, creme fraiche, eggs and spices together in a bowl.
  4. Cut the sheep cheese into cubes. Grease the baking dish. Put half of the potatoes in the pan. Then the onion and ham mixture on top. Then the diced sheep`s cheese and finally the remaining potatoes.
  5. Pour the sauce over everything and cook at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
