Ingredients

  • 1 point sheep cheese
  • 2 tomato (s), possibly peeled
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • Hot peppers, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic, or more
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cut the sheep cheese, tomatoes, paprika and hot peppers into small cubes and place in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic. Cut the onion into rings and add. Season everything with salt and pepper and add the olive oil. Now mix everything together and pour into an ovenproof dish. Baked in the oven for about 10-20 minutes.
  2. Tastes good as an accompaniment to grilled or just white bread.
