Ingredients

  • 5 steak (s) (minute steaks)
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 3 small Can (s) peas, drained
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms (st choice), drained
  • 4 cups cream
  • 250 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon (vegetable stock)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the minute steaks and place them side by side on a deep baking tray or in a high baking dish.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, then spread over the meat and season again with salt. Spread the peas and mushrooms on the potatoes without any liquid (uniform height).
  3. For the sauce, salt and pepper the cream, add nutmeg, paprika powder and vegetable bouillon to taste. Then pour over the ingredients.
  4. Then sprinkle with the Emmentaler and put in the preheated oven. Cook at 180 ° C (convection) for 45 - 60 minutes.
