Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 250 g minced beef
- 0.5 ½ celeriac
- 3 carrot (s)
- 1 leek
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tomato (s), ripe
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sauce (cocktail sauce)

- Heat butter or margarine in a saucepan. Add the minced meat in flakes and brown while stirring. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces.
