Shepherd’s Roast Ingredients

  • Boneless meat – 200g
  • Meat broth – 0.5 cups
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Tomato – 1 piece
  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
  • Bread – 1 slice
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Shepherd’s Roast Instructions

  1. Boil the meat, salt as you need.
  2. In a saucepan (preferably a cauldron), finely chop the onion, garlic, tomato pulp, which remains from the squeezed juice and simmer until the onion and garlic are golden brown.
  3. Then add the diced meat, tomato juice, tomato paste and a little broth, in which the meat was cooked. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. We take a plate, put lettuce leaves on it, a pile of meat, decorate with tomatoes, you can use parsley leaves. Put a slice of bread and a fried egg on a plate next to the meat.
