Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, Roman
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 2 cucumber (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 4 hot peppers, mild or hot
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • salt and pepper

For decoration:

  • 50 g olives, black
  • 50 g sheep cheese or feta

Instructions

  1. Cut off the hard outer leaves and the stalk from the lettuce. Wash the inner tender leaves thoroughly and shake dry. Separate the leaves, cut into strips and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and cut out the stems. Dice the tomato halves and place the dice in the bowl. Peel the cucumber and chop it into small pieces. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Add to the salad.
  3. Cut off the stalks and stems from the peppers, halve the pods lengthways. Remove the seeds and ribs. Wash the pods and cut into strips. Wash the parsley, shake dry and roughly chop. Add everything to the other salad ingredients.
  4. Mix a marinade from the oil, lemon juice, a little salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and arrange on a plate. Spread the olives on the salad. Finally grate the sheep`s cheese finely and sprinkle over the salad.
