Ingredients

  • 200 g shirataki noodles, washed and drained
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and ham and fry them with olive oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the garlic briefly.
  2. In the meantime, mix the egg yolks with the milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper and parmesan.
  3. Prepare the Shirataki noodles according to the package instructions, drain, add to the pan with the onions and ham and mix everything together. Now turn off the stove and pour the egg yolk and cheese mixture over the shirataki. Fold in with two forks and stir in gently. Just warm it up slightly until you get the right creaminess.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, season the pasta with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
