Ingredients

  • 500 g pork
  • 300 g bacon, in one piece
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 2 packs tomatoes, happened
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 3 teaspoons cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Garlic granules
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 150 ml meat stock

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork, bacon, onions and peppers into not too small cubes. Put everything alternately on skewers, press down well. It is best to use meat or bacon at the end of the skewer, it will hold better.
  2. Fry the skewers vigorously in oil in a pan and remove.
  3. Cut the leftover onions, bacon and peppers into smaller cubes and fry them briefly in the same pan and stew for 10 minutes. Deglaze with the meat stock and transfer to a larger saucepan. Add the tomatoes and season well with curry powder. Season to taste with the honey and the remaining spices.
  4. Then reduce a little for about 10 minutes and add the shashlik skewers. Let simmer for 90 minutes on the lowest setting.
  5. There is also french fries or rice.
