Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 320 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • some lemon juice

For decoration:

  • 36 biscuit (s), (butter biscuits)
  • 0.5 ½ pack powdered sugar
  • Gummy bears, smarties, sprinkles, etc. to decorate

For covering:

  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 liter milk
  • Sugar, see package instructions for the pudding
  • 750 ml cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Cover the butter biscuits with icing sugar and attach any decorations (e.g. gummy bears, smarties, sprinkles etc.) and put the biscuits aside.
  2. Mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix in the flour with the baking powder. Stir in enough lemon juice until the batter is smooth. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Cook a pudding from the pudding powder, milk and sugar according to the package instructions and spread it on the cooled cake while it is still hot. Chill the cake overnight.
  4. The next day, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and spread the whipped cream on the pudding layer. Cover with the prepared shortbread biscuits and let the cake steep for another 4-5 hours so that the biscuits become soft.
