Shrimp and Avocado Sandwiches

Delicious sandwiches with shrimp, avocado, cucumber, fresh herbs salad. For piquancy – ginger, hot pepper, garlic. All this is dressed in sour cream and lime juice. Wonderful!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Raw, peeled shrimps – 24 pcs.
  • Fresh ginger, finely chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh chili, red, finely chopped (without seeds) – 1 pc.
  • Chopped garlic – 1 clove
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Small cucumber, thinly sliced ​​diagonally – 1 pc.
  • Fresh mint – a few twigs
  • Dill, finely chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Capers washed and chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Red onion, small, finely chopped – ½ pc.
  • Sour cream – 1 glass
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt pepper
  • Fresh bread – 8 slices
  • Watercress – 4

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the shrimp with ginger and chili, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Cool and cut.
  2. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes. Place in a bowl, add cucumber, pieces of mint leaves, dill, capers, onions, sour cream, and lime juice. Add the shrimp mixture and stir gently to avoid crushing the avocado pieces. Salt and pepper
  3. Spread the prepared mixture over half the bread slices. Spread the watercress on top and cover with the remaining bread.
