Shrimp and Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 450 Grams (preferably Penne or spiral)
  • Shrimp – 450-600 Grams
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece
  • Black pepper – 3-5 Pieces (peas)
  • Frozen peas – 450 Grams (1 packet)
  • Celery – 6 Pieces (chop)
  • Onion – 1 Piece ((red onion) chop)
  • Mayonnaise – 1 Glass (dressing)
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp. spoon (dressing)
  • White wine vinegar – 1 + ½ Art. spoons (dressing)
  • Paprika – 1-1 / 2 Teaspoons (dressing)
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon (dressing)
  • Garlic Powder – 1 Teaspoon (dressing)
  • Ground pepper – 1 Teaspoon (dressing)

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, rinse in cool water. Boil the shrimp, adding a few peppercorns, salt and bay leaf. The main thing is not to overcook the shrimps when they start to turn pink, it’s time to check them for readiness.
  2. Combine all dressing ingredients and set aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the salad.
  4. Now we mix all the ingredients. It is advisable not to mix everything in a large salad bowl at once so that the salad does not stack, just mix as much as you are ready to eat.
