Shrimp and Salmon Salad

For seafood lovers – a simple recipe with shrimp and salmon. Such a quick salad of shrimp and salmon can be easily and quickly prepared for gatherings with friends.

Ingredients

  • Boiled rice – 250 g
  • Peeled shrimps (frozen) – 250 g
  • Salted salmon – 150 g
  • Pitted black olives – 100 g
  • Lemon (juice) – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Green salad – 1 bunch
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the shrimp and salmon salad.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. The shrimps are fried in a skillet in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Salt, pepper and cool.
  4. The fish is cut into thin strips.
  5. The lemon is cut in half. Cut 1-2 circles for decoration. Juice is squeezed out of the rest of the lemon.
  6. Rice, salmon cut into thin strips, freshly squeezed lemon juice are added to the shrimp and mixed.
  7. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Put lettuce leaves on the dish.
  8. Salmon with shrimps and rice are placed on them.
  9. Salmon and shrimp salad is decorated with olives (whole or cut) and lemon slices.
