  • Raw shrimps (large tails) – 200 g
  • Small avocado – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumber (salad type) – 200 g
  • Lemon or lime juice – 2 tbsp
  • Basil (green or purple) – 2-3 branches
  • Garlic – 2 large cloves
  • Olive oil – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

  1. Prepare the ingredients for your shrimp, avocado, and cucumber salad.

  2. Wash the shrimp and peel off the shell and intestinal veins along the tail.
  3. Peel the avocado and remove the seeds.
  4. Cut into slices and drizzle with lemon or lime juice. You can add a little grated zest (I did it).
  5. Slice the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  6. Cut into slices.
  7. Place the avocado and cucumber slices in a salad bowl.
  8. Chop the basil and peeled garlic finely.
  9. At 3 st. tablespoons of oil quickly, for 1.5 minutes on each side, fry the shrimp, adding garlic and basil.
  10. Add the contents of the pan to a salad bowl. Season with one spoonful of olive oil.

  11. Season with salt to taste and stir. Serve the shrimp, avocado, and cucumber salad to the table immediately after cooking.
