Ingredients

  • 350 g shrimp (s), raw and cleaned, without shell
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion (s), cut into eighths, then halve and peel822; individually
  • 3 red, yellow, and green bell peppers, cut into pieces approx. 2- cm in size
  • 1 bottle hot and sweet chili sauce, approx. 250 ml
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and sweat the garlic briefly, season the prawns with salt and pepper and add them to the pan, just briefly, until they turn slightly pink. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
  2. Now add a little more oil to the pan, add the onion and peppers and do not stew too soft. Add the sauce and the prawns and simmer for approx. 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice.
