Shrimp Ceviche

Ceviche is usually made from raw, very fresh fish. This recipe uses pre-boiled shrimp.

Ingredients

  • Boiled shrimps – 600 g
  • Red onion – 80 g
  • Tomatoes – 500 g
  • Lime juice – 300 ml
  • Orange juice – 100 ml
  • Ketchup – 100 ml
  • Fresh cilantro – 1 bunch
  • Olive oil – to taste
  • Salt, ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the red onion very thinly and soak in salted cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the onion well.
  2. Put the boiled shrimp in a large bowl, mix with the onion, and thinly sliced ​​tomatoes.
  3. Add all other ingredients, sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro and stir.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Put the finished dish on portioned plates and serve.
