Shrimp with Funchose and Spinach

For those who love shrimp and spinach. Try the shrimp with funchose, spinach, and cheese, it seems to work out well.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Shrimps – 500 g
  • Spinach – 400 g (frozen pack)
  • Funchoza – 1 package (in my package – 4)
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Sesame – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil

Directions

  1. Defrost the spinach, squeeze it out of the water.
  2. We clean the shrimp (heads – to cats, tails – to us.)
  3. Soak funchoza in cold water for 15 minutes.
  4. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  5. A frying pan – on the stove, oil – in a frying pan. When the oil is warmed up, put the shrimp, salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add spinach, cheese and funchose, squeeze out a couple of garlic cloves. We mix. Close with a lid. Cook shrimp with funchose, spinach and cheese for another 5 minutes, and turn off the gas.
  7. Shrimp with funchose and spinach are ready. If you want to add an oriental flavor, add soy sauce.
