For those who love shrimp and spinach. Try the shrimp with funchose, spinach, and cheese, it seems to work out well.

Ingredients
Shrimps – 500 g
Spinach – 400 g (frozen pack)
Funchoza – 1 package (in my package – 4)
Hard cheese – 100 g
Garlic – 2 cloves
Sesame – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sunflower oil
Directions
Defrost the spinach, squeeze it out of the water.
We clean the shrimp (heads – to cats, tails – to us.)
Soak funchoza in cold water for 15 minutes.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
A frying pan – on the stove, oil – in a frying pan. When the oil is warmed up, put the shrimp, salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes.
Add spinach, cheese and funchose, squeeze out a couple of garlic cloves. We mix. Close with a lid. Cook shrimp with funchose, spinach and cheese for another 5 minutes, and turn off the gas.
Shrimp with funchose and spinach are ready. If you want to add an oriental flavor, add soy sauce.
