Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s), (separated)
  • 300 g suar
  • 300 g almond (s), (rated)
  • 250 ml amaretto
  • 500 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites into snow. Mix egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add the almonds and amaretto, fold in the egg whites. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in as well. Fill the mixture into an oblong form and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  2. Tip: Serve with hot chocolate sauce & cream.
