Sicilian Crispy Bagels Ingredients

  • Bagel Cornspitz – 4 pcs.
  • Pitted olives – 50 g
  • Mozzarella cheese – 100 g
  • Bacon – 100 g
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Basil – 2 sprigs
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

  1. Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater.
  2. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Add to cheese.

  4. Cut the olives into slices.
  5. Season with olive oil. Salt. Mix all ingredients.
  6. Cut the bagels in half and apply the prepared mixture to the slices.
  7. Bake for 1.5 minutes in the microwave at full power or 5 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.
