Instructions

  1. Put the eggs, sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat with the hand mixer in approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Weigh out the flour and stir in portions with the baking powder.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put some batter on the baking paper with a spoon. The dough runs apart, please apply with a gap. You can bake small or large cookies, it depends on the amount of dough you put on. They are best when they are about 5 cm in diameter.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes until they are lightly browned. Take out of the oven and let cool down on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
