  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • Pepper, coarse
  • salt
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook.
  2. Do not let it cool down (!) And put it in the pan immediately after cooking. Pour some olive oil over it, add the finely chopped dill, the chopped parsley and the diced shallots to the pan. Fry the whole thing and brown to taste. Season to taste with coarse pepper and salt. Ideal as a side dish for meat without thick sauces.
