Ingredients

  • 2 large stewed cucumber (s)
  • 4 shallot (s)
  • 300 ml white wine vinegar
  • 300 ml herb vinegar
  • 2 small Slice lemon peel
  • 600 ml water
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped dill, dried
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped spice mixture for cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns, black

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the cucumbers and remove the core. Then cut into pleasing pieces
  2. and pour into the glasses. Now peel the shallots and cut them into very fine rings
  3. Make a brew from all the ingredients. Simmer gently for 5 minutes and distribute hot over the cucumbers. The glasses should be full. Close the jars and turn them upside down immediately. Of course, this is only possible with twist-off glasses.
  4. Once completely cooled, they will last for months.
