Ingredients
- 2 large stewed cucumber (s)
- 4 shallot (s)
- 300 ml white wine vinegar
- 300 ml herb vinegar
- 2 small Slice lemon peel
- 600 ml water
- 3 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon, heaped dill, dried
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoon, heaped spice mixture for cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon peppercorns, black

- Peel and halve the cucumbers and remove the core. Then cut into pleasing pieces
- and pour into the glasses. Now peel the shallots and cut them into very fine rings
- Make a brew from all the ingredients. Simmer gently for 5 minutes and distribute hot over the cucumbers. The glasses should be full. Close the jars and turn them upside down immediately. Of course, this is only possible with twist-off glasses.
- Once completely cooled, they will last for months.
