Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 42 g yeast
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 jar jam, solid
  • Powdered sugar, or icing

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat the butter until smooth, add the flour and yeast and knead well. Then put the dough in a tea towel and knot it and then place it in a bowl with cold water for about 2 hours.
  2. Then turn the water out of the dough (still in the cloth). Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut into 5 cm rectangles.
