Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 225 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 450 g flour
  • 80 ml water
  • 5 tablespoon sugar

For the filling:

  • 350 g milk chocolate
  • 700 g cream cheese, reduced fat possible
  • 400 ml condensed milk, sweetened, (e.g. milkmaid)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Beat the butter and salt, gradually stir in the flour and water and knead. Put the dough in a greased springform pan and form a high rim.
  3. Filling:
  4. All ingredients should be processed at room temperature.
  5. Melt the chocolate. Whip the cream cheese. Then add the condensed milk and stir until creamy. Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla, stir in the eggs one by one.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared form and bake at 150 ° C for 55 - 60 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let the cake cool in it for another hour.
  7. After the baking time, the cake still looks very runny, but that changes when it cools down.
