- ml 1,000 cream
- 1 pack cake base (dark Viennese base)
- 2 banana (s)
- some jam or Nutella
- 1 pack food coloring
- Grated chocolate
- 2 tablespoon, heaped cream stiffener

- First you whip the cream with cream stiffener and then divide it into three parts. Then you take the food coloring and put it under one of the creams. This is then for the decoration. Then we cut the bananas into small cubes and then fold them into the second whipped cream. The chocolate shavings are then lifted under the last part of the cream.
- Now we have 2 different cream fillings. You take the first floor and coat it with the banana cream. The 2nd floor is placed on top. Then you coat it with Nutella or jam. Then you spread the chocolate cream on top. Now the last floor is on top.
- Now you take the colored cream and decorate it around the cake as you like. Finally, you can decorate the cake with banana slices, sprinkles or the like. It is best to store in a cool place for a few hours.
