Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices as wide as a thumb. Puree the slices with a mixer and mix with the milk. Stir in the glucose. Chill the shake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Tip: You can also refine the shake with liquid chocolate. If you want a thicker shake, you can use more bananas.
