  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 bar dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients until you have a lump-free mass. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and fold in. Pour the dough into a springform pan (20 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper.
  2. Do not preheat the oven! Bake the cake at 200 degrees top-bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Please do the wooden stick test, as the baking time can vary from oven to oven.
  3. Turn out after baking.
  4. The cake tastes lukewarm, as the chocolate chips melt until they are soft. The cake tastes delicious even when chilled.
