Ingredients

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 g cheddar cheese or sliced cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ glass jalapeños, pickled, or amount to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream cheese, cream and cheddar in a saucepan over medium heat until everything is melted and makes a sauce.
  2. In the meantime, cut the jalapeños and garlic very small, then add to the sauce. Stir in the honey and pepper. Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool so that it becomes thick.
  3. If you want it a little hotter, just add more jalapeños.
