Black chocolate – 100 g
Butter – 100 g + for lubrication
Brown sugar – 150 g
Eggs – 4 pcs.

Wheat flour – 50 g
Cocoa powder – 10 g + for sprinkling
Powdered sugar – 5 g
Directions
Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath and mix thoroughly.
Grease baking dishes with butter and dust liberally with cocoa powder.
Beat eggs and brown sugar in a bowl, add vanilla sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, stir.
Then, stirring constantly, pour in the prepared chocolate in a thin stream.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Pour the mass into prepared baking dishes and send to an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Bake at 180 ° C for 12-14 minutes. You can determine the readiness of the chocolate “lava” by the baked top. As soon as the top is baked, you need to get it out of the oven.
Using a knife, carefully separate the dessert from the edge of the mold and turn it over into a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, a scoop of ice cream, fresh berries, or fruit.
The chocolate fondant is served hot. When you break the dessert, hot chocolate “lava” will flow out.
